We have commercial offices in Dublin and London, with our 24x7 Data Centre, ROCSOLID NMC and SOC in Dublin.
Our core management team have over 80 years collective experience. Our Engineering, Operations, and Projects personnel hold primary degree's and MBA's from top Universities ranked worldwide. We have access to over 100 engineers in the UK and Ireland, some of which are certified to CCIE, in various Disciplines.

We have three specific short term sustainability goals:
Reduce our total energy consumption at our HQ in Dublin by 5% by June 2025.
Decrease greenhouse gas emissions associated with data centre operations by 100% by the end of 2025 through carbon offset programs.
ROCTEL’s goal is to become a carbon neutral company. We closely monitor our carbon footprint, aiming to achieve carbon neutrality by December 2027 and become carbon negative by approximately 100 metric tonnes of Carbon per year through our ROCTEL forest and efforts to reduce power consumption, travel, and other factors.
At ROCTEL we are aware of our need to operate in a sustainable manner and are proud to say that we make every effort possible to be as green as we can, in every area of our business.
We use as little plastic as is possible, and re-use packaging 90% of the time. There has been considerable investment in our recycling centre on site in our Dublin office, which has led to more efficient waste disposal. This ensures a responsible and ecological handling of waste materials. We dispose of obsolete equipment safely.
We’re proud to share that ROCTEL has successfully fulfilled its commitment to plant 10,000 trees over five years. Launched in 2020, this initiative was completed ahead of schedule in March 2025 - marking a significant milestone in our ongoing environmental journey.
Indigenous Irish trees are essential for mitigating the impact of climate change as they absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and store it in their biomass. In fact, it is estimated that a single tree can store up to 48 pounds of carbon dioxide each year. Not only do they absorb carbon dioxide, but they also provide clean air and water, create habitats for wildlife, and improve the overall health and wellbeing of communities.
Therefore, by planting 10,000 trees, ROCTEL has made a significant contribution to reducing carbon emissions and creating a more sustainable future.
ROCTEL has embraced the vision of a “Circular Economy” to reduce waste and to foster sustainability. In addition to participating in the responsible provisioning and disposal of hardware from its key supplier Cisco, ROCTEL has appointed an “Environmental Sustainability Officer” to bring these principles to our customers and prospects and help measure our progress and keep our business on the right track.
