At ROCTEL, we are committed to maintaining transparency, clarity, and the highest standards across all of our services.

We would like to inform you of an update to our Terms & Conditions, specifically relating to usage-based voice services.

What’s changing?

Section 6.9.1 has been updated to reflect how usage-based voice transmission charges are applied.

When do these changes take effect?

The updated Terms & Conditions will come into effect on 6th f April 2026.

If you continue to use ROCTEL services after the effective date, this will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

What do you need to do?

We encourage all customers to review the updated Terms & Conditions in full and take note of any changes that may apply to your services.
